超長期防食法を適用した港湾鋼構造物の維持管理手法の提案

抄録

This paper proposes a new maintenance method for corrosion protection of coastal steel structures. Conventionally, steel structures have been maintained following the regulations and rules based on the past precious experiences and knowledge. However, the reduction of public investment to the social infrastructures encourages more effective maintenance than that of the conventional methods, Authors developed a new and rational maintenance method for coastal steel structures to meet the demand. Especially, preventing the corrosion failure is important for coastal steel structures under severe corrosion environment of ocean. Application of quantitative probability evaluation and extreme value statistics to the maintenance method was investigated in this paper.

For rationalizing construction procedures of short span bridges, aslab bridge composed of steel square tubes was proposed in this paper.To clarifying load transfer performance and load carrying capacity of the slab structure, loading test and numerical analyses were conducted.As the result of these investigations, it was confirmed that the proposed slab structure hassufficient load transfer performance and load carrying capacity.

抄録

This paper presents an investigation of the experimental and analytical studies to estimate the yield, plastic and ultimate strength of the cruciform model joints, which simulates the connection with eccentricity between a concrete-filled square tubular steel column reinforced with through diaphragm and steel beam subjected to tensile load on the beam flange. The strength capacities of the connections can be estimated by the superposition of the capacity of column flange which is calculated with the Yield Line Theory and that of through diaphragm. The analytical strengths agree comparatively well with the experimental data for this research which are obtained from 11 specimens of this investigation and 19 specimens which were tested by other researchers.

抄録

Recently, a new stiffening method was proposed for moment-resisting beam-tocolumn connections of steel frames. The method uses bolted channels as alternatives to both continu ity and doubler plates. This study investigates the compression zone behavior of bolted extended endplate connections stiffened with channels. Four tests were conducted to examine the actual per formance of channels as stiffeners. Compression yield loads of specimens were also predicted by applying some conventional formulae considering failure mechanisms. Estimated strengths were verified through comparison with test results. The performance of channel stiffeners is satisfactory to increase compression strength.

抄録

This paper deals with a collabrative analyses combining existing analysis programs developped by two researchers.One is the elasto-plastic analysis program for composite beams, the other is that for exposed column-bases.Collaborative incremental analyses were conducted by exchanging stiffness matrices, incremental deformations, and restoring forces through Internet. Some precious informations could be obtained by collaborative analyses . For example, large fluctuation of column axial force could be obtained by collaborative seismic time history analysis, while such fluctuation could not be obtained by ordinary analysis.

Recently, the quality of steel has been remarkably improved. However, when it came to how much, it has not been clarified. Therefore, in the past, we had investigated the number of 1412 steel on the basis of the mill sheet in order to clarify their quality, and these steel mechanical properties had been shown[1] . In this paper, we investigated the chemical compositions(Carbon, Silicon, Manganese, Phosphors and Sulfur) of these steel. Copper, Chrome and Nickel were also investigated in the weather-proof steel, and these steel chemical compositions were shown.
